I'm exhausted. Last night's PC vs. Texas basketball game did me in. All I know is that it was a hell of a game that left me feeling empty. My drive to Boston from Providence could not go fast enough. When I got home at 11pm, I was amped up from a call that still defies reason in my mind. When I finally got to bed, I had that weird "I'm so tired that I can't sleep" feeling. Even though the loss won't hurt PC too much, it's still painful from a "what could have been" standpoint.

Eric Wilbur is one of many who does not quite understand what happened last night:
"So, what did we learn last night? Apparently zero means zero, except when it doesn’t mean zero. While that may be getting a little too Don Cheadle for your blood (and yes, I realize that’s two references in two days), that’s essentially what we were told at the conclusion of last night’s thrilling 79-77 victory by No. 18 Texas over Providence.
Despite a valiant comeback by the Friars, at one point down by 21, Providence and their fans walked away with confusion in their mouths, after watching their team fall in controversial fashion."
